soul making she is the story of grace housed in warmth sanctuaries cannot feed filling our scarftin with survival songs tightening the knots of our lineage making guests feel at home, be it between her thighs, her high or at the dinner table cooking poems dumpling and samp that taste like whispers on the sidewalk of memory making love making tea making peace undressing the night that lies between dusk and sunrise to make lonely men and women feel like queens her life’s ticking is woven on what she makes from the nothing that is always something crafting dreams from broken innocence and making many promises never to break like incense and cigars rolling within the sacredness of her palms making love making tea making peace
